How We Started
Toward the end of 2024, I was in the middle of moving from Nashville to Crossville. I had been working for different companies all across Tennessee. What hit me hard during that time was how common it was for good people to give everything they had to companies that didn’t truly understand what being a "Team" means. I kept seeing the same pattern! Employees being overlooked, disrespected, and treated like they were disposable. That’s when it clicked! If I wanted to be part of something better, I had to build it myself!
That’s why I started Gifted Hands Excavating—to create a place where people are seen, heard, and valued. A place where loyalty goes both ways, and careers can actually grow. I want to build a company that feels like family for the men and women that drive its gears but also performs the absolute best in the business. A team built on trust, purpose, and real leadership. Around here, we do more than move dirt—we move with intention. And we’re just getting started!
What We Do
At Gifted Hands, we’re built to handle just about anything you can throw at us. From concrete work and custom driveways to full landscaping, erosion control, and even pond builds, we get our hands dirty and get the job done right. We install underground utilities, set septic systems, build barns, and bring life to outdoor spaces with patios, porches, and pergolas. If it takes grit, skill, and heavy equipment, chances are we do it. And we do it with pride! No shortcuts. No excuses. Just solid work that speaks for itself.
