How We Started
Gifted Hands Excavating was born in July 2024, not with a crew or heavy equipment—but with my dream, a calling, and I was willing to bet it all.
I started solo in Tennessee, leaving Nashville and moving two hours east to Crossville to start fresh. Just a vision and the burning desire to build it. The first job came through a phone call, and that one opportunity turned into a mission. From that moment on, I knew something was about to change. And not only for myself but, the greater good of many! This was the beginning of something HUGE.
The name itself means everything to me. This company, Gifted Hands, is a gift from God—every part of it. From the dream planted in my spirit to the hands I used to build it, none of this is by accident. I believe I was called to create this, and I don’t take it lightly.
From day one, I made two promises:
- Treat every team member with absolute respect— To ensure they love their job, their crew, management, and give them the ability to make our mission one in the same.
- Do the work right the first time, every time— With precision, wisdom, and care, our clients will always get our best, as well as the industry's best.
We’re not the biggest yet, but we’re building toward it—day by day, job by job. Through faith, hard work, and a standard that never slips. We’re here to raise the bar. And we’re just getting started.

What We Do
We don’t specialize in one service— we handle it all. If it involves dirt, steel, wood, concrete, or under/above ground utilities, chances are we do it.
We offer a full range of services, including but not limited to:
- Excavation & Land Clearing – From raw land to ready-to-build, we shape the ground with precision.
- Driveways – Reliable, clean builds or repairs that last.
- Underground Utilities – Water, sewer, electric—we trench, lay, and backfill with safety and accuracy.
- Septic System Installation – Prepped, planned, and set. Let us handle the hard part.
- Landscaping – Grading, drainage, rock, mulch, and everything that makes a property look as good as it functions.
- Decks & Porches – Whether it’s framing a peaceful back porch or a wraparound deck, we bring your vision to life.
- Welding & Fabrication – Strong, custom, and built to last—done right by hands that care.
- General Construction & Custom Projects – If it’s part of building something, we’re in. Period. So, if you don't see a service listed, just give us a call. One of our hands will get you taken care of.
We’re the crew that shows up, brings our best, and gets it done without cutting corners. From residential to commercial, from small jobs to big visions—we’re built for it. And if you’re not sure if it’s in our wheelhouse? ASK US ANYWAY!
